I've been following several Instagram fitness models for the last few months, but I haven't been checking for them much lately.

I was supposed to be following them for inspiration to stay in the gym, but I realized it was just a replacement for actual porn #TeamNoFap

These IG fitness models ruined my perception of what a good-looking girl should be. I didn't find any real-life women hot anymore.

The majority of them them have fake t*ts on those slim waists

Deleting my instagram and joining #teamnofap/ #nofap has truly been a blessing

This. Double edged sword

Gave my motivation to get my ass in the gym, or hell, look up a model and I would do a pushup/burpee circuit if I had nothing else to do.

Downside is regular women who don't workout look almost completely unattractive. Problem is most women are going hard in the gym, so now

my expectations are fukked up I'm looking and performing better than ever, but my tastes are getting ridiculous. Tradeoff is a bytch.

I went to college with the first chick, I would see her around but she ain't really seem that bad to me. It's funny how some of these chicks get gassed on social media but be extra regular in public. Maybe it's just me
