I don’t think it’s okay to exfoliate the body every day.

Ima stick to what I do and focus on my diet, drinking water etc which is a much more benefit to the skin.

Yeah, those korean rags are on point. I lived there throughout the years. Those towels really do exfoliate and get a good cleaning going on. Some can be really rough, but overall they're really good.

Wash cloths are barely a step above using just a soap and your bare hands. Get a sponge and actually SCRUB the dirt and dead skin off your skin.
Wash cloths are such an alien concept to me as a Nigerian.

another thing that helps with any cleaning fabric yall use is to soak
the asian spas i go to require you to soak before a body scrub/facial, makes it easier to lift skin and dried dirt off.
scrubbing shouldn't be that harsh
