If you're OK with the Kinect "always on" feature, you're nuts

Listen, I currently prefer the XBox to the PS3, I own both (actually 2 PS3s). And I have the Kinect and actually think for some games it's fun. It's hilarious playing some party games with friends.

Anyway, if you think the Kinect always being on is ok you're crazy. The thing can take HD video, sense how many people are in a room based on heartbeats. The fact that it can take video and is always on is a scary thing. Yes, there are many other mediums that are currently "monitoring" people's behaviors but I'm not willing to have a video camera in my home that I can't disable. I don't do anything illegal it's just the premise. That shyt is crazy.

This. I won't be getting an XBOX One because of this. It's absurd and I am sure that they will hoard and keep the info (videos and pictures). No thanks.

I'm not "justifying" anything. I'm just saying if you have a problem with the camera and mic on the X1 you should have a problem with the countless cameras and mics you willingly carry around and interact with all day.
