Stop fukking grabbing the handles whether it be walking on the treadmill with a high incline or ESPECIALLY on the stair master. I see people practically leaning on the front of the stair climber and dare say they burned 1000 calories. :scust: No you did not, hell you probably took 1/3 of your bodyweight out of the equation you cheating lil shyt.

I do not grab shyt but my dikk and balls as I carry ALL of my weight so I get my legitimate reading of caloric burn.

This is just a public service announcement I seriously felt needed blasted across gyms across the land.

Stop playing yourself.

If the incline is high enough you gotta grab the handles. Still probably burn more calories than a person that ran 2 miles flat depending on the speed.

fukk what they talking about. I'm going to the gym today and getting on the treadmill with 15% incline and I'm grabbing the handles except for intervals :manny:

Man I used to grab the handles when I was tired after everything...:mjlol: nikkas dont be having the energy to stand up straight after they burned off body fat like nothing...:bryan:

I be on that bytch for at least 50 minutes five days a week AFTER I lift and nikkas telling me I can't use handles just because they can do 15 minutes flat and get off :wtb:

Breh I do no less than 12, I’m on that thing for no less than 30 minutes at 3.0 speed. I desire to grab the handles only because I am getting tired. Balance is never a factor. You lean forward and dig in. :ufdup:

Yes if you’re actually trying to track everything. But if you’re just a person in there for a light workout I guess it does not. But most people get on those things in the pursuit of losing weight / burning fat. You’re not helping yourself by cheating yourself and thinking you are working harder than you are.
