Just don't get married.

The whole point of marriage is mutual trust. With trusting anything comes risk.

But if you got your mind on your money, I don't blame you, so...

Just play house and leave it at that.

Prenups are not ironclad, anyway.

Save yourself the stress and the attorney's fees.

You a dumb simp.

If you have more than a 50% chance of crashing, do you think you need a seatbelt?
If you're scared to crash, don't get in the car.

Why are you conflating "trust" with blind faith? I TRUST when I put my car on autopilot it won't veer into oncoming traffic at random, but because I don't have blind faith, I put my seatbelt on and make sure not to get too distracted while in the vehicle.

I don't see what's so horrible about protecting yourself and your assets. You can even amend your prenup as time goes on or put certain clauses in so that say, after 10 years (or 7, 15, whatever) your spouse becomes entitled to more and more of a share as time goes on.

Just play house and leave it at that.

How many genuinely good women of quality do you know that would be perfectly fine "playing house" forever, let alone having her kids out of wedlock?

Prenups are not ironclad, anyway.

Prenups aren't "ironclad" but it's very hard to get them thrown out and in most states, they might as well be. If you have a good enough attorney, your prenup can even supersede your state's equitable distribution AND community property laws. But yeah breh, prenups aren't 100% ironclad so why bother with them anyway, right?

(a bunch of common sense I agree with)
I don't disagree with you. In fact I agree. I'm making a different point.

I'm responding to the OP and the title of the thread. Not having a prenup has nothing to do with simping (or pimping).

A real pimp wouldn't get married...period. And a simp will lose all his money to a broad whether he gets married or not
.

So arguing that point is moot.

The alimony and child support laws are fukked, no doubt.

But if you're a regular dude, and you love your woman, and you STILL feel the need to have a prenup, I would recommend you NOT get LEGALLY married.

There are other options.
