1st off, a lot of men are scared to mention a prenup even though they know the chances of the marriage lasting is slim as hell. So if you're scared to ask, you're already losing.

2nd, I think a "logical and reasonable" would sign a FAIR prenup and she understands that having the state CAC ruling over your marriage is not wise or fair.

3rd, I don't give a fukk if you're only making 30k a year. Imagine handing 6k over pre-tax to your ex while her male friend is smashing for free.

That's a ridiculous mindset. EVERYONE with any kind of wealth or assets (see: something to lose) should have a prenup. What would be the downside?

You don't have to have any asset, you can be in debt making 40k a year, the judge is still going to rule in favor of the woman. That 40k is going to be like 32k when they're done with your azz.

You don't have to have assets no, but in some states you're prohibited from putting preestablished alimony agreements in your prenup anyway. And not that it matters but women aren't automatically awarded alimony or money judgments. She has to be making significantly less or nothing at all and can't support herself. In a lot of cases the court will award the (significantly) lower/no earning spouse (in most cases, the woman) temporary spousal support and that's all, outside of any child support which is a separate matter.
