I ALWAYS workout in hoodies, never shirts and shorts, plus the pump afterwards is ridiculous:damn:

But dudes can see I'm built through my hoodies and sweatshirts and the amount of weight I lift, but I never reveal that monster, keep em wondering:wow:
:mjcry:
you already know breh. Summertime comes and buildings are getting crushed on these dudes heads

I like wearing my old wrestling tees and roots of fight stuff too much to do it all the time but . ..

Minus what I'm sure is unintentional terror of a 6'7 260 guy walking around a commercial gym with a blank expression, hood up and big ass beats headphones on it's been fun doing it this past winter/spring, gonna continue as long as I can into the warm seasons. .. breaking a sweat in a gym is a different animal when you're hoodie'd up on the stairmaster.

Gonna be a fun summer

Always thought this was bro-science :yeshrug:

Putting in work makes you lose calories, heat/raising your temperature just makes you lose water weight. I mean it looks better and I do it if I want to show off, but it's not a long term fix.

Correct me if I'm wrong :patrice:

For sure the work has to be done for any of it to matter.

I'm training for a powerlifting meet this summer.

It might be a bit bro science-ish but the hoodie seems to keep me from cooling down too much between sets etc especially when I deadlift

Plus it helps tune out noise (people) when I'm training, even if it's a placebo it's helped a lot.
