Aight, if your friend committed a murder aka caught a body and the police question you would you snitch? Like, if the friend gave you the murder weapon to hide and the feds knew you knew some could you rat him or her out If they said you would do life would you come out and snitch then?

cops ASK you to come downtown (no charges), start questioning you (no lawyer) and nikkas start telling (no deal on the table)

Either way the immediate answer for me is NO...

I'll let him deal with this on his conscious and there's not many details in this hypothetical. But I got my own shyt I have to deal with.

I'm not going to jail for life because he decided to kill someone on his own and came to a nikka after the fact.
