whats the 7 yard chuck rule

a defensive player can only put his hands on a receiver for 5 yards before they have to let go. Lets make it 7.

- would set a cap for tickets; get rid of PSLs (even though I know this isn't possible due to the owners)
- increase the width of the field. Athletes are now just too big and fast
- allow DBs to check 10 yds instead of 5
- if you get a concussion you sit out a week. All team doctors would work for the league and they'd rotate weekly like officials
- reopen the spygate investigation
- enhance the stadium experience
- all games are played outdoors. No domes allowed
- make my best refs f/t employees
- cap my salary
- set up an independent board to have final say on appeals

to the bolded I probably agree with this the most out of all. The way they treat DBs nowadays is just . They cant even breathe on receivers w/o a flag

• 1. Move the kickoff back to the original spot
• 2. Get teams to LA and Portland (portland because of strong rivalries in nfc west it could create, and their obvious ability to support sports teams)
• 3. Reduce the number of game breaks to simply the 3 timeouts, halftime (which i shorten), and injuries. Eliminate 2 minute warning. This alone "enhances stadium experience"
• 4. Make all teams with-in the same division be dome or outdoor (ie, bears; you need to get a fukkin retractable roof on soldier field) within 5 years
• 5. Do an all star break that includes home-run-derby-esque ppk/hail mary/bench press type of contest night...this allows players to get healthy and lets gamblers get paid too.
• 6. Improve helmets and shoulderpads....eliminate the launching penalty for hits
