remember only 30 years later all african nations starting with ghana and kwame got liberated. so any knowledge builders want to give up what they'd do and possibly the outcome ?

Idk cause africa was still colonized by this time.

I know the congo was, by the belgium fggt but most was getting liberated by 1960. ghana first then nigeria i believe in 1966 so just 50 years or so.

im going to watch this liberian doc, but i think idris elba made a film about this just before he played mandela.

im watching the wrong doc but its to do with it since apparently in the mid-80s and early 90s the best liberians left but this president taylor is causing suffering and wreckless loss of lives. when the people had to stay in the stadiums and the babys was hungry and this french white women with the red cross was handing out parcels and a grown man saying they need the USA to help more than god, i had to pause and get me a cola.

i was oblivous to this shyt, 20 minutes left. all i knew about liberia was that michael jackson lost his girl there lol.

+edit.

nigeria sent 700 peace keepers and shyt was over, while the USA was bullshytting. great doc sad shyt :wow::wow: we are the greatest. lagos boss's only.

Great question....takes me back to college when we'd have these debates in class on whose philosophy we aligned with more between Garvey and Dubois and his talented tenth theory.

These times really make me think about it more since it seems like we're going backwards in regards to equality and civil rights.
