Punisher when he catches you is not taking you to jail. He will murder you. I rather take my chances with some one who would wop my ass but leave me alive.

Wolverine might kill you if you raped the girl or you killed like bunch of people in cold blood. Kidnapping will prob get you a beat down and maybe a cut if you get out of line.
Plus Wolverine is a avenger so he is not killing like he use to. A high profile case like that more then likely he is bringing you in alive.

Punisher...by FAR. He's the only person on the list that will murk you regardless of any circumstances or whether you surrender.


Wolverine - Won't kill you if you're defenseless and not fighting back, at least most versions. He's willing to kill, but not against people that aren't trying to fight him. Kinda has the honorable Samurai thing going on, to some extent.

Batman - Won't kill you under any circumstances, probably won't even hurt you if you surrender. Worst case he roughs you up a little.

Daredevil - Not too familiar with Daredevil's attitude, but afaik he doesn't kill
