Punisher is a human being like me so I would have more chance if I killed him first, he doesn't have supernatural like rest of them on list but same as Batman but Batman is more skilled, more talent, martial arts expert, expert comabt strategist, highly skilled in stealth and camouflage, peak of physical fitness for a man of his age, height and build.
