I'd buy huge plots of land all over the country and build low income housing with enough farm land adjacent to the homes to supply all of the residents with organic produce. There would be stores to provide jobs to the residents and to sell all of the other necessities so people could work and buy everything they need right in their own community, with the proceeds from these stores going back into the same communities and funding playgrounds, community centers, building more businesses, schools etc. I'd do the same thing worldwide, but would start in the US. I'd have solar panels on every home, windmills, hydro energy sources. I'd even build exercise/energy supply plants where people could get paid to go ride a bike or run on a treadmill that harnesses the energy that produces.
Anyone who buys one of these homes would also receive an ownership stake in the parent corporation that owns all of the land and buildings/businesses in these communities which would then encourage people to keep putting their money back into their own communities which would double as their own businesses, and would just keep adding more entities to the parent corporation. Eventually I'd add an airline allowing these people to fly all over the world, let them do timeshares--like if u buy a home in one community u could set up a house swap type deal with someone who bought a home in one of the other communities around the country. It would basically be a form of socialism but it would truly leave ownership and the means of production in the hands of the people. I'd probably get killed because if an idea like this were to become successful it could literally overthrow the entire global economy, but I'd give it a hell of a shot.
It'd be like a huge crowdfunding project that encourages everyone in the world to pool their money and resources, eventually showing how useless our paper money is which would eventually just turn into people sharing resources and maintaining shared ownership of all of it, the way it should be since the earth, which no one can claim ownership of, provides all of these resources.
