If you're at a party and you're trying to push a girl to get drunk, so you can sleep with her, because of perceived lower inhibitions, what does it sound like you're doing?
Or targeting a woman who is already drunk.

I see no issue with the law.

the issue with the law is that there is no way to scientifically determine drunkness in the moment. Even blood work can be tricky cause not everyone is drunk at the same percentage. It's not as clear cut as say the speed limit. Also, another issue with the law is that you cannot give consent in advance. Meaning anyone who gets drunk on their honeymoon was technically sexually assaulted/raped. Your wife waking you up by giving you some head is sexual assault. Even if you're drowsy it's still illegal. If your wife wants to have children and you don't, if she threatens to leave you and you have sex with her just to conceive, it's still rape legally cause you were coerced which makes your consent void. I could go on and on with silly examples that would technically be rape but my point is, there are PLENTY of issues with the law. Not saying it should be abolished, but definitely reformed.

Let alone the biased ways in which the law is enforced (if two adults both get drunk, why is only one a rapist?) which could be a whole other post...

The problem is: Cosby admits to drugging women to have sex with them. He NEVER offered if they wanted drugs. He NEVER asked them to have sex with them. By his OWN testimony he says he's a "good judgment on people".

That's the law in MOST states including the one in Pennsylvania. And it doesn't take 50 plus to call someone a rapist, it only takes ONE. His deposition, his OWN WORDS, is what's going to hang him. Especially when admitting to having sex with that specific woman a decade ago.
