If You Suddenly Became Rich (Winning The Lottery or Became Famous), Would You Move To New York or LA?

Los Angeles. Its too late for my skate dreams but I can enjoy the weather. Traffic on the other hand….

Honestly... id just have a laylow spot in both LA and NY. Not some mansion, more like a small condo or a private apartmenr but the main home wouldnt be in either place in somewhere like a batcave. Not mansion either. A good decent size home hidden somewhere preferably outside a major city with mountains or woods outside it with a suburb. That would be some top secret shyt. I would want to live somewhere that nobody would suspect and plus id be traveling around as in going from state to state, country to country.

NY since I have family there and it's a shorter travel.

It'd be Toronto or NY for me. If not, I'd just move back to GTA and go to Toronto to visit family there once in a while.

America is so 2000s, just old news and played out.
NY congestion and foul smells bothered me.
Be wealthy and Black but choose to remain in a place with fukked up laws.

LA for the laid back lifestyle, space, beautiful women and weather.

But I also love NY subway and transit system.

Ultimately though, I actually want to own a tropical plantation/ ranch in Colombia/Africa. Cheaper land/cost of living/housing. Beautiful weather. Actual real and fresh food. Beautiful exotical beaches and landscape. Beautiful women. Low taxes. Money going farther( more bang for the buck)



Toronto if you’re rich is nice as well. Montreal too.

Why would I get rich and then immediately move somewhere that damn near instantly begins to deflate my money?

Like getting a raise and then immediately upgrading your car/living arrangements.

Kinda defeats the purpose of the come-up....
