That used to be me. Every year I turn it down when my doctor offers it, job offers it, local pharmacy offers it. I always say Na I'm good .. Like I'm smarter than a fukkin doctor





Long time ago i met a dude on the job who had an allergic reaction to a flu shot that temporarily paralyzed him for a year. He lost his wife, his home. Had to learn how to walk again... Ever since I've been using that story as my excuse why I'd rather not take a flu shot... Until now..

I caught the flu earlier this week.

I thought I was gonna fukking die


The never ending fever, the aches, the insane chills.. Ya can't get comfortable, ya can't go to sleep, the pain... I don't wish that shyt on my worst enemy. I've never had the chills so bad, I'm talking violently shaking, ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. One minute freezing next minute sweating like a mf... A nikka was under 4 comforters and still shaking like a seizure, shyt was bad.. Coughing felt like FreddyKrueger slapping me in the chest... I was texting "I love you" to everybody in my contact list, I thought it was over


I will be taking the flu shot from now on The lord spoke and I listened

Last time I had the flu it was in the 11th grade. I'm now 41 and been getting my flu shot annually since my late 20's but I will never forget the last time I had the flu shyt was so bad

Life ain't far and we not all built the same, I'm in great shape and condition meanwhile I've seen classmates pass away from health issues younger than me


Flu shot is not the issue, your immune system shouldn't be that weak to cause all day violent shaking unless your a senior citizen, more than likely u have underlying health issues that were aggravated by the flu

And let me be clear, all doctors are not equal. Just cause one doctor tells u to take a pill and go home doesn't mean u were diagnosed properly

i dont know what I had but from day after New Years til about jan 15th I was fukked off still got a cough at first I thought it was pneumonia the first 2-3 days, then I thought it was flu but now maybe covid (ive had covid before) only because for a few days I had no taste

When i was in the military I got jabbed up with all types of vaccines.

The infamous peanut butter shot was shot in my buttocks.

With that said I ain't getting anymore after that second Pfizer shot messed me up.

My "flu shot" is Vitamin C & D (with K2), Zinc, and a good pre/probiotic combination. I'm good over here and have been for years.
