I called, they ask for the last four digits of the card, and your zip code. They see the transaction and either give you a free rental code or a refund.

They said not to return right away if it happens. Call first so they have the yellow numbers. He said they're going to send a technician to remove it from the vendor.

I asked if they can look up who had it before me, and he said it wasn't his department but he will forward it to the proper one.:birdmanhands:

I went to rent Prey, paid, then when it came out the machine it was an empty case with the sticker bar code in a circle tricking the machine. fukking bums

i usually don't condone this kind of snitching, but i will this time because i hate having to call in and do the whole customer service bullshyt., so fukk that mothafukka and those like him that cause you to have to call in and explain shyt.

I've tried to rent a game for redbox twice, both times there was a paper copy of the disc.



Worst part is the second time I tried, it was with the free rental coupon I got from the first time it happen. I said fukk redbox after that
