I went to rent Prey, paid, then when it came out the machine it was an empty case with the sticker bar code in a circle tricking the machine. fukking bums


Now I have to wait for customer service to open to call for a refund

The machine scans that code in the center ring of the disc.

Someone must've removed it and put it in the spot it should be while keeping the disc.

Redbox should just put a weight sensor, that could stop this.
