In some capacity, yes. This is my most dev focused job since college.

But im moreso talking about quality of life products that have automated standard life actions. The people who program the functionality for almost everything do not ever consider people of different skintones.

:russ: just yesterday a female coworker called me out asking why my emoji doesn't match my skin tone.

I'm far from a c00n but never found it necessary to change it from yellow.

I notice cacs tend to leave it on yellow, while black people tend to change it to various shades of brown.

Yellow should have just been a character color and not meant as white

it’s another subtle way of making whites the normal of everything

this is actually what I don’t like about the simpsons

why add brown colored characters just like people of color be the voices
