Edit: Viewing the uncensored vid gives me a different picture. That coup de grace headshot may get him indicted. All depends on how they present it to a grand jury, if they choose to do so.

Robber was dis armed and got shot 9 times including point blank in the head. Threat where?
First four were legit. 2nd four were questionable (dude was still moving and his "armed" status was up for debate), Coup de grace was excessive. I guess we'll see what happens. I seriously doubt a grand jury will indict him. Texas loves the 2A and the robber is just about the most unsympathetic "victim" possible. Dude was out on parole for murder (a robbery gone wrong), had just beat his girlfriend, and had just stuck up a restaurant.
