Hawaii has some ok...but the locals are notorious for selling tourists some shyt that looks and smells just like weed...but it ain't 
NYC has some decent...but it's still a hassle finding the nikkas in the heights, esp if they don't know you
NorCal of course has great weed, but their dispensaries up there are regulated like shyt. I only found a handful when I was up there

We got more weed shops then McDonald's. And I'm not exaggerating at all. For a few years, there was no limit to how many shops could open. Some of these places have 50+ strains. The place I go to has buy one get one free...you buy a gram, eighth, quarter, half, ounce...you get another free. Quarters of top shelf OG for $60 :

san diego used to have them every couple miles till feds cracked down telling building owners they can get charged for renting to dispensaries
