Weak counter argument...we arent suggesting that if you accuse somebody of rape and there isnt enough evidence to go to trial then you go to jail.

But if you claim to be raped and then there is evidence of you fukkin dude for weeks straight after the alleged incident you go to jail...
If you are bragging to your friends about having sex with the guy and then cry rape...you go to jail
if there are texts from you saying "if you dont do such and such for me Im gonna tell the cops that you raped me"....you go to jail
If you accuse somebody of raping you and the guy is seen on camera in a different city that night during the alleged attack...you go to jail

These aint hypothetical examples, this shyt really happens.
and you should be sentenced under the same guidelines a rape conviction, plus a few years added on for filing a false police report and perjury on the stand.
Also mandatory LIFETIME SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION

A lot of women don't report rape as it is, now imagine if they have jail time hanging over their head.

Blame it on the liars. A lot of men are in prison and have lost their entire lives off of women lying about rape. And this is if there is conclusive evidence, like a text message of how she enjoyed it and had a great time.

Only if there is absolute proof she lied. The majority if rape cases are just her word against his and there is no proof if she was raped or is lying. In that situation no conviction is the only fair way and I'm sure a lot rapists are getting away with it because of this, like the piece of shyt who raped my wee cousin.

On the other hand though, a boy in my class got hospitalised and was eating through a straw for weeks because of a proven false rape accusation. It was plastered over every local news paper how he was a rapist only for it to come out a few days later that he wasn't even at the same party as her and that she was a lying piece of shyt.

Never even got a slap on the wrist.

If there is conclusive proof then there should be consequences for lying. These women are defaming these guys' image anyways.

Yea breh..life was hard for him at the time. he got expelled from the uni..couldn't get a decent minimum wage jobs, n had no place to live cuz of his background status & to make matter worse he had no family around to move back in with b/c his folks was outta the country for ova a yr. so I let him stay at my crib for a yr...even dropped the bytch I was dating cuz she was tryna to shyt on ole boy when he was at his lowest point in life .can't have that on my watch...
