If You Lie About Rape, You Should Be Punished

It's truly baffling how women have been lying about being raped for decades while in the process of ruining a man's entire life, only to be exposed for lying and yet have nothing done to them. Why aren't there any laws in place to battle this, and if they are why aren't they enforced? People who lie about other crimes face punishment.

This isn't why I made this thread (actually made it because of the Hillary Clinton rape thread) but my little brother's friend (15 years old) was accused by a girl he had sex with of raping her. The sex was completely consensual, word got out and when her family got news of it she didn't want to be perceived as a hoe so she lied and said he raped her. He proved his innocence by showing the police text messages between him and the girl after they had sex which clearly showed he didn't rape her.

Some people truly do not have respect for other people's lives. Ruin a man's life, especially a 15 year old black boy because you don't want to be perceived a certain way.

And this is just one of the few stories of how men have been wrongfully fukked over by false rape accusations while the women continue to live their lives consequence free.

I remember back in my freshman year of high school a girl lied for attention and said that 3 "black guys" raped her in the bathroom.

There was this HUGE thing, some boys were interrogated because they fit the "description", we had a protest/campus wide class ditch because the school was unsafe, parents went to the school board,.....all for the little heifer to come out and admit 2 weeks later that she lied.

Her parents ended up moving her out of the city and I don't think those boys ever got an apology.

I agree. And hopefully it will deter people in the future from lying about it. And another bad thing is that people who have actually been raped are now looked at with a side eye because of so many false accusation cases.

Yea shyt fukked up, one of my naija fam got set up by this white bytch...but he ain't had to do any jail time, just 4yr probation on some bullshyt charges...shyt really fukked up to see one of the nicest stand up dude registering as a sex offender, almost ruined his life but he kept at it showed no weaknesses n now he off that bullshyt

It's a tough argument because rape is a hard crime to prove and the minority of accusations are false but I still don't believing in throwing the accused under the bus with no evidence. Rapists should get jail time and have to register as a sex offender but someone maliciously making up a fake accusation should have to do some time too.

Real talk. How many of those cases got a man convicted of rape? I don't know why a man can be equally as drunk as a woman but it's still rape if they had sex
