used it to write a performance evaluation, cover letters, sometimes when I'm bored I tell it to write me a story. It knocks out the tasks I hate doing in seconds...then I wordsmith it. it's pretty good.

I’m a UX researcher and I wish I could feed it participant videos and transcripts and then have it categorize and summarize the findings. I imagine it could do it with transcripts of interviews, but data privacy issues means I can’t use it.
