For those thinking about property make sure that you can cover that rent if the property stays vacant for a while, anything can happen. In the UK though you could rent your property to the council for guaranteed rent, down side is there is a cap so you may only get enough to cover the mortgage.

Be careful with that thrifting shyt. You'd be surprised how many folks donate broken shyt just for the tax write off. I fukk with goodwill and salvation army for vintage electronics and alot of times that shyt is broken. Then you gotta put it on ebay or etsy in the for parts section. Garage sales and yard sales in the summer usually have better vintage video games and other shyt like that.

i know this isnt practical for everyone, but my father told me about a friend he has that got some money in a settlement. he became a millionaire in a matter of a couple of years.

-he bought a couple of construction vehicles.
-sent them to DR.
-rented them out
-bought more
-rented those out

now he has the biggest construction rental business in our region of DR. has a lot the size of a football field with all kinds of construction equipment like bulldozers, cement trucks, drills. all kinds of tools.
