with all the information we now have about how unsafe these foods are, millions still spend every single day consuming this trash they call food. mcdonalds, burger king, chick fil a, popeyes, wendy's, doritos, pepsi, coke, pizza hut, etc. none of this shyt is good for your body. much it is made with ingredients that are damn near toxic. they all contribute to obesity and related ailments (diabetes and more). i look at people walking out the sub shop with their cheeseburger or pizza, and i feel :scusthov: i mean, the shyt has me going :mindblown: at times. i've actually lost friends because i tried to tell them how disgusting their diets were. they thought i was being a snotty and uppity negro. nah, i'm just trying to open your eyes to what you're doing to your body.

why is it people like you feel the need to try to tell somebody about anything?

who are you? are you perfect? im sure there are some things in your life that you do that probably arent for the best....

news flash nikka: you gonna end up 6 feet under the same as everybody else....

and this is coming from someone who eats relatively well and works out

What makes you think someone wants to eat the same thing for several days?

a well-prepared italian dish is something i could eat through the week. you couldn't go through a dish of lasagna from monday to friday? takes about $10 to buy the ingredients for lasagna. $3 for meat. $1 for pasta. $1 for sauce. that's $5 right there. Peppers and onions $2. cheese $2. $1 for a loaf of french bread. that's $10 for a dish that will last you the entire week. imagine the money you'd save.

Not sure what your preferences have to do with my previous post.

What if someone wants to spend their money on foods.
