Technically, if you don't vote you lose your voice on national matters. You cant offer an opinion, you may as well be a 13 year old. White people love it when Blacks are brain dead and dont get involved in the process. It allows them to dictate your life etc..I hate people that dont vote but yet want to talk shyt after the fact..
