The last time I put a VHS tape into A VCR I was 2006 and I was watching a skate video from 1994.Man imagine having to put a tape in a vcr on the tv that’s too much I wouldn’t even want to do it anymore.
I definitely dont miss things like adjusting the tracking on the VCR, rewinding the tape, fast forwarding the tape or any of that.

I stopped buying VHS tapes in 2002. There was no point as I had a PS2 and a desktop computer to play DVDs on.
VHS tapes were dead really in 2002. At that point the only reason to have them was to record TV before TeVo.

I still have my vcr hooked up to my TV in my childhood bedroom lmao.
I have old family tapes from the cameras and recently bought a vcr cassette adapter for the mini tapes I wanted to save family history. I don't think the film on those tapes hold up very well after 40 years because the porno tapes I watched from the 70s and early 80s when I was in the 90s. When you play they are distorting
