If I didn't like what was on the menu at the cafeteria, I would purposely say I "forgot" my lunch to get one of these. My Homies Mom was a lunch lady at our school and she used to get all the leftover food to take home. They had two fridges at their house, one for regular food, one for school food. PB&J sammich heaven.

My elementary school gave us choices.
Every morning, the teacher passed around the menu and we would choose what we wanted for the main meal item.
Example -

Cheeseburger

Chilli & Beans

Vegetable Soup

Lunch was my favorite part of the day.

Vegetable soup with the cheese toast and popsicle bars that I can't find anywhere in stores.
