I voted for Kofi. A story of him getting a title shot and finally winning the big one, would be easy and well recieved by most fans. It would be an actual underdog story ending with feel good moment. Unlike the ending of WM29 which had a fake underdog and an a predictable flat moment.

Very good topic. My top 4 would be:
1. Rollins (has size/ wrestling ability, and has shown willingness to take big bumps, needed for matches like HIAC, and TLC title matches at the top level)
2. Cesaro (pound for pound strongest on roster, great wrestler, hasnt been given a chance yet. He can go though)
3a. Rhodes (wrestling pedigree, probably knows the business better then anyone on roster. Size/ "the look" would be only thing holding him back. Can wrestle any type match though)
3b. Barrett (has the size, and talent. Has shown to be injury-prone though, which prevents WWE from pulling trigger on him. Some his fault, some not. Great wrestler though)

Yeah they dropped the ball with Cody. After dropping the IC title he should have immediately been in the main event scene. But they took the mask off him on an ep of Smackdown and just like that his push was over. He should have been champion at least once by now.

If you want A super-over babyface I'm defiantly picking Rollins dude could easily be a Jeff Hardy type of character. If you want a Heel I'm picking Cody Rhodes dude could getaway with playing A 80's Heel type of character on SD! and hold the strap for months by cheating and scheming his way through title defenses.
Ceasro probably my dark-horse pick but his character needs a lot more seasoning though. But, I don't get the obsession with Wade, dude looks like a main-eventer but outside of that he comes off as bland in ring and character wise.

He's not bland..he's main event level dealing with horrible midcard talent the likes of Kofi Kingston.
