Get lost after highschool.
Stay lost and don't come back.
Start a family with one of the few chicks I could have been with but wanted to stay free and unattatched 'cause I thought I was destined for greater things/scared of taking such a big step.
Make headways into a career, whether it been creative writing, Journalism, comedy, heavy machinery work, psychology, script writing etc.. as opposed to just laying about and getting by (comfortably, but still) off of hustling....or just hustle full time, fukk it.

Not too much differently other than treat people differently that have died since then. I would have valued my time more than I think I did with them. That gives me peace of mind, giving peace of mind to others

fukk all that.i don't have regrets cause I'm still changing my life as hard as I can. I'm in my 20s now still struggling to pass math classes. Had to drop out of college to get a job and now I have to go back. I don't have kids, girlfriend or some random bytch I talk to. I want to get in a profession that will make me 6 figures as I'm entitled to if I work at it. I was never good in school though but I'm trying. I'm 27. :mjcry:

i wouldve focused more after transferring to a 4 year school and not taken out so many loans. got a girl pregnant and had to drop out and get a job. i seriously cant stand my kids mom too.

but i got back in school last year (paying out of pocket) and graduate this May. i've made some poor decisions that put me in some bad situations, but they did at least make me stronger and force me to focus. they set me back though a lot though. Im way behind where I could be at this point.

Start my Roth IRA in my 20's instead of 30's. That would've been huge. If you're in your 20's and reading this and you don't have a Roth IRA, start one. Just do it. Trust me just do it.
I would've probably done a masters degree in finance.
Would've broken up with that girl before wasting xx years of her life.
Aside from the new decisions opened up by the above actions, I'd do everything else the same.

I'm on the edge of my 30s(27) and I just started reading up since last year about all these things. From Roth IRAs, term life insurance, 529 savings account, etc. This past year I was reading books and watching Youtube videos and just doing general online search about all this and i'm :beli: at missing this info. School and parents didn't teach shyt. I know you gotta move past it but all I learned is the cliches about saving. :dahell: does saving accomplish ? I didn't know about these various methods of investment.

Anyway I plan to open Roth IRA accounts for both myself and my sister before the summer ends. Any tips on the best place to start the Roth IRA with? I heard people see Vanguard is good.

Also how much interest growth is earned in Roth IRAs on average per year?

Also what would you recommend I AVOID doing to not have me lose money in a Roth IRA. I already know of the penalty rules and that the only exception to not getting a penalty is if you use up to $10,000 as a first time home buyer or using the withdrawal for education. But I mean what are the other ways to stop negative growth so I am prepared for that.

I would have ...

1) Started a whole life insurance policy.
2) Started some type of online business.
3) Traveled more.
4) Avoided qualified retirement plans.
5) Been much more aggressive in pursuing grants and scholarships.
6) Studied more.
