I feel he'd be with the poorest of the poor, the sickest of the sick, the NEEDIEST people!
He didn't hang around royalty and "high-class" folks in the Bible, he hung around the lowest on the totem pole. I pray that I'd be able to see him, but truthfully, I "see" Him everyday in those same people you speak of. I try my hardest to help any and everyone in any way I can so that He doesn't overlook me.
Sometimes, to be honest, I walk right past them, sometimes I help....trying to get better and more consistent with HELPING and not walking past them...
