I have no desire to live abroad.
The US isn't getting "worse" and the QOL is still better than 95% of other places, especially if you live in a major metropolitan area.
If I were a finance guy, or a consultant, I'd consider a few other places, but I don't have the desire to learn new languages and intricate aspects of another culture our of sheer necessity.
The rest of the world isn't getting all that better in comparison to a US getting worse, either.

I'm suggesting that it's backwards to move to Africa and only be able to interface with people who speak English, one of the biggest issues in our own communities here where everyone speaks English is miscommunication, compound that with another language and you'll have a scenario where Black people are moving to Ghana and self segregating themselves to communities of expats who look down on the locals.

The locals already look down on the locals and self segregated expats communities are already a thing.
Realistically, most expats are not allowed easy transitions into assimilating so I wouldn't put that onus on them.
