I'd argue that up until after Mania, Lashley was the stronger booked of the two. Comparing their common opponent (Drew), Lashley needed a lot less fukkery to go over than Roman did at Survivor Series. That said, you get the impression that Roman is still the slightly bigger deal.

I did find MVP's comment last night about Lashley being the top champ, regardless of brand interesting. That comment, coupled with MVP and Heyman's picture from last night could lead to something interesting in the future.
