The only way to know right now is to check the curses of Deuteronomy 28 Leviticus 26, and Isaiah 3 and see if they apply.
If you don't know your original country or language or heritage and your ancestors were put in ships and scattered across the globe to be slaves, then you need to keep the covenant. If your communities are in bad shape and filled with violence , and you do not have strong male leadership as a community, then you need to keep the commandments.
If you are seen as the lowest in society and foreigners come to your land and prosper over you- you are under the curses. If people oppress you, kill you in cold blood, and find themselves not guilty - guess what, that is one of the curses.
If women and children run your communities, the men and women hate each other, and the women are seen as bald and ugly- you are living under the curses...keep the commandments.
If your people have a high rate of disease and have not received any sort of reparations for the atrocities committed against them then you need to worry about keeping the commandments because you are being punished for the sins of your forefathers.
If the ALL of the above doesn't apply, you will still have to keep the commandments anyway when it's all said and done, but the heat is not on you right now. The heat is on the Israelites.
Wake up "African Americans" and stop doing everything in the world besides keeping the covenant. To my other Israelites around the globe, the same applies.
