Swept by Dal and OKC in back to back playoffs. Kobe is . Looks like the Lakers will have a lot of Lottery picks to choose from in the upcoming seasons.

It won't be immediate. realize how serious our run was these last few years. Most teams making the push for banners don't do nearly as well as we have done. But with that, its now time to rebuild (especially considering the new cap situation). I see us 3 years ddown the road shedding some contracts, including Kobe's, and then we'll get back to pushing the one thing no other team has: a city every all star wants to lead in, and every role player wants to live in. We'll have the space to sign them too.
