And if you can't even use a stove to heat your home in the winter you might as well build a fire pit indoors, inhale that co2 and kill yourself.
Summers are bearable tho if you've got fans and ice cubes/cold water.
Cellphones aren't really a necessity if you've got computers and easily accessible wireless internet via tablet or netbook. You can text people with pagers or personal digital assistants like palm pilots.

You realize we had computers before we had cellphones right? A cellphone is s specific form of a computer. Just like a ps5 is a computer but doesn't make it a cellphone.
The poll option literally says "Cellphones/ handheld devices" NOT all computers.
So from what OP is saying that we would just not have any handheld computers.
But it's implied we would still have other computers.
Maybe he means the battery tech or cellular service to power them is gone
