I won't hate on his success however. The dude is getting paid. He has his own studio. For a black man in the industry that is huge. But his movies are geared more to Black Christian Women. I have seen all of his movies due to my mom and wife making me go and it was pure torture. Good Deeds was so horrible to the point I got mad and almost left them at the theater. I walked around the mall for about an hour waiting for the movie to end. They loved it but I hated the message of that successful black man has to get back to his "roots" to be happy. Bullshyt!
