Why are yall saying that Africa would be a superpower? Whats to say Africa wouldn't be like the middle east? They have resources (oil) but most of the countries over there are still piss poor and far from being a superpower.

1. I think the Europeans would still have colonized the Americas. Since they couldn't get African slaves, they would have just brought over more of their own people, and still enslaved the natives. You'd still have a system based on race, with the blancos controlling the resources, while the mestizos are the lower classes.

I think Africa would be similar to what it is today, just with more elites at the top, probably a larger middle class.A lot of the conflicts in Africa are a result of Europeans creating artifical borders, frouping people together who don't get along, or like each other. You would still have wars, as nations scramble for resources.
