Carnage might be the most overrated character in spider-man lore. People love the concept, but the vast majority of the stories involving the character are wack.

I haven't cared about Carnage since "Maximum Carnage."

I could see a Carnage movie. Venom playing the middle, torn between the symbiote trying to link up with Carnage and the human host trying to do the right thing.

I just need Carnage's villainous master plan in the third act not to be "Let's give everyone in New York a symbiote"

the major difference: venom acts/thinks/etc as 2 separate entities; were as carnage is 1....it's why venom talks 'we', while carnage talks 'i'....he's accepted the symbote and is 1 with it so to speak....

in a way, it does make him stronger cause he's down to do whatever without remorse....
