There is not one form of rape that is humorous, but you have people say things like "a man can't be raped" and "if you didn't say something at the time then it's not rape" and "if they didn't try to stop it, he/she wanted it." And "they knew what was going to happen when they...." Or "if they got a settlement then it's not rape" "performing oral sex on someone else isn't rape" and "you can't get raped if your xx years old, you may have made a bad decision but bad decisions aren't rape." And "how are you 5'1 and get raped by someone who's 6'0?" Or "how are you 5'11 and get raped by someone who's 5'6?" "It can't be rape if your both drunk or high."
