Spiritual successor. Konami likely won't come off that license, but there's nothing stopping sony from making a very similar game with a different title. Like how yooka laylee is a spiritual successor to banjo Kazooie or bloodstained is a successor to castlevania.

Well, for all we know Kojima next game is a mech game.

One thing i dislike about a lot of the mech stuff we get these days are the robots are like mechwarrior style mechs. More tanky

I like the humanoid style mechs like gundam that are in this game. I would actually love a new front mission game but with these style mechs instead

PS4 didnt even have 25% of the original classics come back. Off the top of my head Twisted Metal, Jet Moto, Syphon Filter, Bushido Blade are a few that should've BEEN back a long time ago
