Based off what we know now for both systems, gonna have to go with PS4. I haven't really seen many games for the one that won't be coming out on the PS4. At least I know with the PS4 I'm getting killzone and infamous 3 on launch or close to it.

i guess most of the Xbox fans didn't make the migration from SOHH to covo to The Coli. i still remember getting laughed at when i said a $600 PS3 would outsell the Xbox 360 by the end of the generation mostly due to Japanese sales.

personally i always thought the PS3 was the better system after it got its footing early on but the level of Sony fans here is shocking.

It wasn't just Japan (even though it was free sales for Sony). It was the rest of the planet. UK and US is all MS had. The playstation brand outside the US is VERY strong. MS popularity isn't quite the same outside the US either. While MS made big headway into Europe, it's still Sony's territory. Unfortunately Sony having to price the PS3 so high fukking killed them in the states from the jump.

There are still lots of Xbots are here....problem is that they see through the bullshyt MS is doing. MS dug their own ditch with proving the rumors right, not saying shyt to combat the rumors and being in complete disarray in communication and philosophy by MS execs. Sad shyt is that it was OUT OF THEIR OWN MOUTH. The advantages MS had last gen with ease of development and being much cheaper than the competition are gone this time around.

Peeps are just coming back to Playstation. And it's not just here...you can check many websites and the sentiment is the same. MS fukked up ROYALLY with the reveal and not shooting down any of the rumors (Even confirming them). Mandatory kinect, a useless console if not connected to the internet...I mean shyt, it's their own damn fault.

Cats are just coming BACK to playstation.

exclusive launch titles are always garbage

It's crazy when you think about it.

In the SNES / Genesis days, 70% of their libraries were exclusive.

Now, both consoles get 90% of the same games, and maybe 4 or 5 games a year exclusive.

Last time I checked Microsoft didn't have the rights to SONY and Nintendo's exclusive franchises and you'd be hard pressed to find 1 good exclusive in the past year on the 360 let alone 5.

With both SONY and Nintendo you can make a distinction, can justify both of the strength of the exclusives.
Microsoft has 2 known games and an online service that allows you to talk to people in different games...

Microsoft has some BOOTSTRINGS to pull up E3 because damn near EVERYONE, even the naysayers and adamant stans are waiting for that. I get on facebook and fans of Xbox One immediately changed their tune after hearing more about it. I think Sony better increase the friend list count on PS4 because it's going to be friendly, friend.
