Powerhouse Hobbs would be viewed like a younger Booker T (size wise)

Since Tony is a mark for the Attitude Era, I believe he would go all in on making Chad Gable a blend of young Kurt Angle and WCW pushed Lance Storm putting on classics with similar sized guys (Orange, PAC, Bryan, etc)

Shayna would fill in a role for a much needed heel badass for their lacking women's division
