ask yourself this... did the NCAA drop the hammer on FAMU for what their Band Program has done/did?

:snoop:
that p*ssy ass cracka is gonna get 442 years, but they went light on PSU?

The band is shut down for now....1 they not marching at all this year...and next year they might only do home games...

So penn state having a known pedophile on staff and hiding this doesnt violate statutes?

How about the statute that says if a violation is known by higher officials they have a duty and obligation to report it? They did not report it, hence the violation of rules

do you know the difference between NCAA rules and State Law?

it's criminal matter, it has nothing to do with the NCAA.

a "violation" of NCAA Bylaws can be as little as practicing 15 minutes extra than permitted... or even the amount of text messages sent to recruits, much less even speaking to a recruit before a certain date.

tell me, what statue or code of conduct is there in the NCAA bylaws for pedophiles?

you are trying way to hard to prove a non existent point

There is a rule that you have to report things of this nature. Im not reaching either breh im just trying to see what the coli's opinion is.

Since you come from the state law perspective, should the legislature ban the team for at least a season or two?

And again joepa knew since 1998 and covered it up. This man used ncaa approved fieldhouses and buildings to molest these bohs and even after they knew they allowed him contact with minors on penn state grounds. That does not violate bylaws?

:why:

you are reaching on dhalsim levels right now... you're confusing moral duty with legal responsibility. the right thing to do≠ what the law says you must do

you aren't even sure what you're arguing..the person who committed the crimes is gonna get 400+ years, Joe Pa is dead, and PSU's reputation and football legacy is ruined forever.

the fukk is the team sitting out for 2 years gonna do?

Make an example out of a buncha kids that they shouldn't have accepted scholarships to a school where a guy was molesting kids before they were born?

The bottom line is that this is a criminal matter, it's clearly outside of the realm of the NCAA.

The people who were in charge of that shyt got replaced/fired. Why should the kids and all the school and everyone who wasn't involved be punished? Why are you trying to make this a race thing? Man, shut the fukk up

Would the ncaa had crucified them by now? I am losing the little faith i have in this racist ass society and if they dont recieve any death penalty permament ban i will never watch any of this shyt again involving the said school.
Skip bayless is a bytch btw.

Disclaimer- i know this is sports related but i put it here because this relates to racial matters and is bigger than football.

Man fukk the NCAA, the fuking FBI and the rest of the alphabet boys would have already been in that school tearing shyt up. But because its a bunch of rich white men committing atrocities they get a slap on the wrist.

Using this logic why should all the fans and band members who dedicated their life to being part of the marching 100 of famu suffer for what only a few did to one boy?

Have you read any stories on it? About how they ignored repeated warnings about their hazing? How it was at least 11 kids facing felonies and 2 misdemeanors. That's a good amount. Its evident that this was part of the culture within that fukking marching band. And they fukking killed a kid. A member of their own group on some dumb shyt. They need a break, nikka. Stop focusing on race. Its two completely different fukking things anyways.

Somebody at a smaller program like 1AA or DII would have been quicker to drop a dime

Have you read any stories on it? About how Sandusky was told to stop ? How it was at least 40 charges. That's a good amount. Its evident that this was part of the culture within that university. And they fukking hid that shyt. Another human being on some pedophile shyt. They need a break, nikka. Stop focusing on money and sports. Its two completely similar things anyways.

Penn state ignored shyt since 98
At least 11 kids were sodomized on campus facilities
The psychological ramifications may have led to some boys suicides

Penn state needs a break nikka
Football is not as important as saying "hey, we do not condone this behavior and since it has happened, the team needs a break. Get our priorities in order."
Its not like i said raze the whole school

Penn state has suffered enough - nikka please. Cant the same be said of famu? The director is gone, all officials within the band admin are gone but yet its still necessary to shut the whole band down. Same shyt should happen to penn state.

Those are members of the fukking band. I don't think there were members of the Penn State football team going around sucking off children.

You sound like a fukking idiot. The exact same shyt you are pointing out against FAMU happened on a much worse level at Penn you stupid fukk. Hell the coverup of this shyt went as high as the fukkING UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT! Hell there was a pervasive culture of child molestation, and the fukker Sandusky even ran a children's charity when every one knew what the old fukk was up to.

Furthermore, they were victimizing KIDS you dumb idiot. At least you could argue that the band dude that got beat to death at FAMU somewhat contributed to his own demise by agreeing to participate in whatever bullshyt hazing they were involving him in in order to join that gay as band frat. Meanwhile, the Penn U boys were straight up raping impressionable young minority boys and fakkits like yourself are quick to look other away, simply because they won some games.

Racists like you disgust me. :scusthov:
