MMA guys train to fight all the fukkin time and they train against other top fighters. Navy seals do a lot of other shyt and hand to hand combat is a part of that.

Forreal, you people have unrealistic expectations of these dudes. There aren't any super secret kung fu tecniques they can pull out and they arent going to win a hand to hand fight against someone whose entire career is based on being the best fighter he can be.
