His dancing style is definitely an inspiration in that lane.
Dance-wise, I think he is only surpassed by Michael Jackson, and quite honestly, just due to the many different styles Chris has, I think he's got Mike beat. Definitely on his level.

I grew up on MJ. I'd never put anyone on his level as a dancer that didnt deserve it.
People thought Usher had it, nah. People tried to put Timberlake on it, nah. Chris passed them both, and Omarion, and everybody else.
Chris Brown is so dynamic with so many different styles. Like Mike, just him walking and doing natural human movements has an almost dance-like rhythm.
