Actually Bradley said he turned down the fight in Macau against Pacquiao, for more money, to fight JMM.

A lot of people think that he missed his shot at cementing his legacy as the P4P best of his era by not fighting Pacquiao at his prime.

If Floyd fights both Alvarez and then Martinez at 154, AND WINS, will he be able to re-claim himself as the boxing King of his generation? Do those fights make up for not fighting Pacquiao?

From who? :what:

Bradley turned it down to fight JMM for less money

so serg gonna be afraid of margs.. when serg went up to face a 160lb verison of pavilk.. pretty sure pavlik hits harder than margs at 160...

that the reasoning behind serg going up in weight... ?? he was afriad of margs at 154 so ill go fight some guy who is the lineal champ who punches harder and is bigger than serg/..... ??

floyd mayweather can do whatever the fukk he wants at this point. he's already one of the greatest ever regardless. we all see it when he belittles his opponents in the ring.

the fact that a fight with manny pacquiao - a dude who surprisingly came up in weight classes & defeated fighters who floyd had already beaten, weren't what they once were & were all meeting him at a catchweight - defines floyd's legacy in people's minds is....mind-boggling.

he's 36 years old & at this age signed the richest contract in the history of non-team sports...think about that for a second. the contract isn't even 3 years long either.

he signed this guaranteed contract because he can now really select whoever the fukk he wants to fight & deserves to be able to do so at this point...regardless of how many "worthy" fighters we think he's faced.

pacquiao had a rough time taking care of a dude who is defense-first but doesn't nearly have the accuracy & has even less punching power than floyd in tim bradley...and got knocked the fukk out by a dude who floyd embarrassed in marquez.

stop it. :beli:

Floyd's been selecting whoever he wants to fight since 2002 after he damn near lost to Castillo.

Matter of fact he only had 1 fight at 140 before moving up to WW. Which was an out of weight class Ricky Hatton. Then in circa 2008 when the division got hot, he couldve fought P. Williams, Margarito, Cotto, etc... what does the coward do? He freakin "RETIRES" and waits for everybody to wipe themselves out.

Then the Pacquaio talks starts heating up, what does he do AGAIN? Goes on vacation, talks about "my health is more important" and starts the "PEDS" talk in which he LOST the lawsuit for.

Fast forward 2013 when everybody including Pacquaio have lost his luster, he comes back and all of sudden ready to become active again (instead of fighting once a year since 2009).

All you have left now is a bunch of JWW's tailored made for his punk azz.

Whether you like it or not Floyd's legacy will ALWAYS be attached to Pacquaio. He has his own handlers warning reporters not to mention Pacquaio or you get thrown out his gym. What a fa^^ot. :russ:

Nah, nothing can touch the hype that surrounded the potential Pac fight. Martinez is :flabbynsick: now and Alvarez isn't in his league.

I never really cared to see Money embarrass Pacquiao. He doesnt have to make up for shyt, hes the GOAT and thats all there is to that.

Lol @ Floyd vs Margarito, that woulda been equally as one sided as Floyd vs gatti

Floyd vs Martinez mighta been interesting for half the fight a year ago but as many posters already stated, Martinez is undeniably :flabbynsick:

"wrong on so many levels." Only on SOHH where you can dodge, duck, run and hide and you win without fighting the best.

If he hadnt retire and left like a bytch yes he wouldve lost to any one of those guys I menioned. Hell I'll even put Kosta Tsyzu and Vernon Forrest giving Floyd a tough matchup.

Ya manns a coward. He avoided too many guys in there prime and left so many questions unanswered. A very well cherry picked career that avoided the best...just so he can make a buck out of dumb suckers like yourself.
