If Kamala was married to a FBA/ADOS like Obama. Would her blackness would be questioned as much?

Yes these derange cacs be calling Michelle Obama a man, so of course they would still try to question Kamala's Blackness. Sidenote: Barack is not FBA/ADOS, just plain ole African American

Personally, I think it's ridiculous trying to just claim she is just black instead of Black/Indian mix.
If she only wants to claim one side then cool but other people shouldn't do that for her.

Indians still see her as having Indian heritage

She wasnt thinking strategically like Barry.

I think she was but a different strategy. She was NorCal/Bay and Doug is SoCal/LA. In multicultural Cali Doug was her 'widening appeal' and showing she is 'safe'. The issue was she thought then and up to recently that her bonafides with Black folks were solid and spent all her time with billionaires and DNC consultants. Belatedly she may find the mainstream ain't rocking with her like that and many Black folks feel she is aloof.

So perhaps a miscalculation. Her sister Maya may have had it easier with her Black hubbie despite no HBCU or D9 connections.

Let's be honest: if Kamala's husband was Black, a segment of the same people who don't like her would probably be more open to warming up more towards her; it is what it is, y'know.

Me, I don't give a dayum who her husband is shyt. I don't even know his name, and that's because he ain't nobody important to know, ain't like that got shyt to do with her politics and policies or whatnot or him being her husband impacts shyt.

Since 2016, Politics have become very identity-based, and I don't mean in terms of policies, but rather voters stressing over the identity (race and ethnicity) of candidates and their personal partners/family members (spouses, siblings, etc.) and less to do with political aspects (policies, agendas, etc.).

Obama married a black woman specifically because of the optics and his aspirations. Look what would have happened if he married a white or Asian woman (as he was dating). His blackness wouldn't have been accepted.

Now yall violating, questioning why that man married who he married. I know a righteous attachment when I see one. He probably just learned a valuable lesson like Jonathan Majors learned about white women. Luckily it wasnt out there for the world to see.

And no we didnt support Obama because of no damn Michelle:mjlol:

Yes Kamala being a wench matters,is this even a question? Do yall still not understand universal law after all this time:gucci:?

That white man Kamala is married to will be your co- commander and chief#TheChildOfMan

Even if Obama had a white woman it wouldnt have been the same. We wouldve just wrote him off as a cornball brotha who had to marry a white woman. And his moves wouldve been under a microscope more. Having a black wife just made us not look for the c00n signs as much like we will be forced to with Kamala. A black wife just bought the GOAT more passes.

I ain't gonna lie...it's lowkey disappointing when you see a smart, high achieving Black person on the ball and succeeding... :krs:

...Then see them dating a White person. :francis:

Love who you love, I'm not one to judge.

But...damn. :francis:

You couldn't find ONE Black person you can build a life with...? :lupe:

Alright.:francis:

Michelle Obama was pivotal in Obama building a connection with Black American voters. Imagine if Kamala had a husband with the swag and charisma of Denzel Washington? And he and his family actively campaigning for her? That would be a massive benefit.
