You are kind of saying your front office and most of the pro players would be black.
As for the front office:General Manager, Director of pro personnel, Director of college scouting, and CEO/team president could be all black, but would that be in the best interests of the team's winning future?

I don't think you could get away with hiring and drafting only black athletes in non-linesman positions. The NFLPA, on behalf of non-black athletes, would be able to sue you for discrimination. There's going to be some white kicker, safety or wide receiver who is going to see your hiring schemes and raise a ruckus. Of course, the white linesmen that you've hired are going to be like, "Buckeye Fever is a stand-up guy. He offered me a nice contract and sign-on bonus. He's not racist."
